We do not accept refund request. We will however gladly substitute your items. 

Orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage with tracking. Check your email for tracking. Orders can take up to 10 days to arrive. Kindly refer any delivery questions to USPS, unfortunately once it leaves our possession, we have no control over transit time and delivery. If you do not receive your order once it is in USPS’ possession, you can file a claim on the eighth day after shipping with USPS using the following link: https://www.usps.com/help
